When are swing arrived one of the ropes was frayed. After emailing the company on Christmas day they got back to me within hours and took care of the issue quickly! Great product and very comfortable, always the first seat taken. Would definitely buy from them again!

We have an autistic 4yr old who lives in this swing. We all have had the chance to enjoy it, but she gets the most out of it. If I had somewhere to put another one, I would buy one more.

This Swing exceeded my expectations. Similar swings at stores nearby were $135 and did not come with the straps to hang over the branch. The swing was easy to put together and easy to level once hung up. The kids enjoy it. There is plenty of room for 2 small kids. The swing will get plenty of use.

Comfortable, fun, well-made, easy to install. The tree straps are a bit noisy when used on a wooden setting frame, would recommend hanging with hardware and a chain.
