The only resistance bands you’ll ever need! I love these. They helped me during physical therapy and I use the, for exercise as well. I love how toned my arms and legs are from incorporating them into my routine. I highly recommend these!

No-Slip!
Love these bands. They are sturdy and don't slip or roll like my other resistance bands have in the past. I use them for my Melissa Wood Health workouts and they are perfect.

Good set
Great bands overall. The light resistance ones seem really flimsy though so that is the only reason I did not give 5 stars. Still happy with my purchase though.

Get them!!!
Bala is great per usual! I really like these bands because they don’t roll up when using them! They’re sturdy and not cheap feeling!

Just ok
These aren’t great. I’d go with another brand. I thought these were cute with the sayings but the resistance seems to be super weak and I can use the “heavy” with no problem. They’re very stretchy with little resistance.
