Stonebriar Small Stonebriar 8 Inch Clear Glass Dome Cloche with Rustic Wooden Base, Brown

I am super-happy with this display cloche. I shopped by price and size, thinking I would use it this summer, then just put it away, but... The glass of the bell is crystal-clear and much thicker than I expected. The well-made wooden base is charmingly rustic - perfect for the seashell collection for which it was purchased. But I am sure I will use the bell with many other bases or just by itself in all other seasons. Really, I would have paid twice as much for this nice item. It would make a lovely and reasonably-priced gift for someone who likes to display collectibles. And it arrives double-boxed with styrofoam in between, so no worries about breakage in transit. A+++

I am so happy I ordered this. I’m using it for a candle base, then will cover when done to keep the smoke in. Bath and Bodyworks 3 wick or single wick candle fits perfectly. Pics included to show both candles.The glass is thick, sturdy quality and the lightweight wood base was fabulous. I did paint the wood black to fit my style, however the wood was a lovely tone also. This would be a perfect gift! Thank you I love it!

The wood is very thin and has a slight greenish hue as others say but the color works in my mostly wood kitchen of varying shades. The base glass is thin too so you need to be careful when opening/closing. The top glass is much heavier. I like the way it presents in my kitchen with a jar candle and I plan to use it more for decorating variety with seasonal decor. Overall it's pretty, but you may find a better quality and cheaper one at Home Goods.

What a great cloch for felted figurines. I use mine for every season . Thick glass . You’ll need to put down snow grass etc. fir the season otherwise you’ll see the dropped bottom about 1/2”. Definitely a great buy for both top and bottom

I love this dome for my candle very elegant with candle or battery fairy lights.

The base had some sort of sticky residue on it, and the stain they used transfers terribly. I had it all over my hands, and it was coming off on the damp rag I used to try to get the sticky stuff off. Overall, the base is just terrible quality and cheap looking material, even without the defects. The glass part was fine, but not worth the price for this size.

I love it. It came well packaged. I thought for sure I would open the box and it would be broken after I saw in the camera how the delivery person dropped the box at the front door.. It is just what I wanted. I didn't take a picture before I painted it and added feet. Great for the price.
