Don't waste your money
These do not cool. They are just wet. I bought a cooling towel from a local retail store that keeps me cool for hours and I thought this product was similar but it is NOT. It does not even remotely cool.

I loooove this towel! I haven't used it for cooling yet, but I am able to tie it up as a headband, or wrap it around my shoulders, and it's my staple for when I hit the gym. Never gets in the way, and always has more space for drying.

Good Gym Towels
I bought this set of two for my husband and myself. We both keep them in our gym bags. The size and breathable fabric are great for the gym.
