Magnesium L-Threonine 90 VCaps

This is the best priced form of magnesium threonate on Amazon that I've found. Mg threonate is the newest type of magnesium out there, and studies suggest it can cross the blood-brain barrier, which means you can absorb it more easily into brain cells where you might be most deficient. This is also organic, and as with other products by this company, it's made with natural ingredients wherever possible.The package arrived for me quickly, which was a pleasant surprise with mail being what it is right now. I have taken some of it and haven't had any issues with this formulation. I haven't noticed an obvious change yet, but I only just started, and if you have a deficiency (most people do) it takes a while to correct that. I believe my quality of life will improve, however. Considering how many different stressors there are in the world today and how they deplete magnesium as a result, I feel like it's a constant battle to not be deficient. This should be another tool in my arsenal to help alleviate that.

Tried to submit a question for the company, but there weren't enough characters available. So my questions...this product is advertised as magnesium l-threonine and magnesium l-threonate, however, neither is listed in the ingredients. The only magnesium listed is magnesium malate. Why is that? And if it is a magnesium product, why does the front of the bottle read "No Magnesium" right below the VEGAN NO GMO GLUTEN FREE disclaimer. I am confused.

I've been using this product for a couple of years and am very satisfied with the quality & performance of the product. I can really tell a difference in my calmness and ability to cope with stressful situations if I forget to take it. Very helpful to fall asleep and stay asleep. I would recommend this to everyone!!

This is the best magnesium to get a good rest at night. Unfortunately last time I bought it I received the wrong product and I have to buy another locally but when I finish this one I am going to order it because it is to much better.
