Great lock, easy to carry but awkward to lock
The lock is really portable and convenient however the lock only locks at a very specific angle which is sometimes inconvenient to achieve

Good if you want a small strong lock
The main appeal of this is the compact size for carrying on bike. If you have bottle mounts on your frame then this will neatly hold. I only leave my bike for short periods and have not had any attempt at theft, although other reviews do confirm it to be up to the job. The only thing to bear in mind is that the lock does not reach as far as it may look in photos - the final link needs to go at an angle to lock which limits the loop size.

Saved my bike! Huge thanks and recommendation
This is an amazing lock for the sole reason that it managed to stop my bike from getting stolen. Even though the lock is now ruined, it managed to withstand being twisted by my bike and a fair few attacks on the keyhole. I'm very impressed and will definitely be buying another one!

Sturdy Lock, but keeps sticking
Bought this as a pocket sized lock for Sunday cycle rides or for when commuting. The advantage of metal bars is its harder to break and easier to fold up to pack away. Unfortunately the links then makes it harder to fold round bike stands / metal posts etc.., but this is a minor moan and TBC I could have bought one with more links to make it easier. My biggest gripe is the locking mechanism and locking pin that keeps sticking, even after oiling - to a point where I've had a key bend in trying to unlock it. Bit of a shame as otherwise its well made.

I wish I hadn’t bought it
This bike lock looks like a good design but is actually pretty poor. I wish I hadn’t bought it as there is hardly any length because of the closing mechanism to be able to lock it has to be in a straight position so what you end up with is a small hoop that locks round the bike but rarely able to lock to anything. I bought it because it looked compact for carrying which it is but it’s totally useless against vanadalism as you can’t lock it to anything due to what I would say is a design fault.

Chunky solid
It’s heavy but then you will want something sturdy to secure your bike. Feels solid. Will need to find a place on your bike to fit it. Mine is underneath the down tube. Easy to use when fitted. It appears to be robust.

A cheap alternative to a good lock
Has not fared well in the English Winter weather with the lock becoming stiff and difficult to use after a few weeks use. It connects nicely to the bicycle but there is rattling still at high speeds, can be difficult to connect sometimes due to the locking angle required.
