Easy to set up and relaible
Super easy to set-up - done in less than 3 minutes, inc wifi. My previous TP-Link set-up is still going strong after 10 years - just needed an upgrade in speed. Recommended. Refurbished model arrived in A+ condition, all parts included.

Fantastic!
We had terrible WiFi in the living room meaning our Netflix and NowTV kept buffering or cutting off entirely. Each plug has both WiFi as well as two ethernet ports which came in very handy to give our smart TV wired connection. The wifi signal is far better than the signal given by our VM router, and what's best is this comes with two adapters as well as the main plug. So three wifi boosts around the house is awesome.Easy to install, and download the app and/or desktop computer app to configure (and set names for each adapter, then rename the wifi connection)Only downside is that they don't have passthroughs, but that's my bad because I didn't see the ones with passthroughs were a seperate product.Very pleased for the value. Refurbished or not, these work fantastically. Even came with three ethernet cables!

Set up is easy.
Does what it says on the box, but I have not worked out how to change the device names via the website, so have registered each one with (automatically join) so my pads and phones join the strongest signal, as I move around.

Save up for a better device
I ordered the refurbished one and it worked ok for a couple days but then the speeds I started getting significantly dropped. The first day I got pretty much the same as the router was sending but after a few days it dropped to about 10%. The signal was pretty constant but the speed was so slow it was really disappointing. Decided to return and they didn't cover postage because it wasn't faulty (so I guess that is expected behaviour from the device). If you have complete black spots in your house and slow internet is better than no internet then I guess this could work. I would recommend saving up a bit more and getting a good quality one or a mesh network.

Ethernet port badly wired and nonfunctional.
Very frustrating. I thought I was setting it up wrong but then realised the ethernet port had been wired badly.

Not suitable for old buildings
I had great expectations for these boosters however it seems you need to have very new wiring for them to do anything at all. They are however easy to install and setup, just make sure you have up to date electrical wiring.I returned these and instead had to go for a mesh network which cost four times as much but works perfectly.Worth trying, but not suitable for me personally.

Good price and work well
Good price and work well. I am not technical and was abit confused on whether I was installing the wifi boost or individual wifi station mode but they work well.
