Works well, but smaller than I thought it would be
We have 2 large dogs, and I have been searching for an effective way to keep the dog food bags closed tightly. Although this is a good clip, it is not large enough to close the bags of dog food we buy. I'm also not sure that it keeps the tops closed well enough to keep air out of the bags. It was OK for the 16 pound bags, but it didn't work well for the 26 pound bags.However, it stays put once it's closed and would probably be good for other applications.

Mega clip is great!
Used my first of the 3 purchased clips tonight to reseal an opened bad of bread flour. Nice, firm seal with black "insert" left in. Tested by picking bag up by the clip - no slip, no muss mess or catastrophe 😊 So far, so good. Very happy.

Twixit Cobalt Blue Multi Purpose 9.5" Mega Bag Clip
I like the big ones for big bags of stuff like dog food or sqirrel food. Sure beats cleaning up a mess from knocking over a bag.

Great for Dogfood Bag
This works great on a large bag of dogfood. It helps keep the food in and the critters out. It is shorter than the width of the bag but that is no problem since it can clip over several layers so I just fold the bag a bit at the top. It seems sturdy and I expect it to last a long time.

Not tight enough and not airtight
This clip is not firm enough, the middle section is a waste of time as it really does nothing to close air tight.. and might as well use a paperclip
