Brilliant tape, it's supportive and helps protect wrists and fingers. It's easy to tear without scissors which is the reason I got this, and I wasn't disappointed! It's a bit more pricy than alternatives but worth every penny

I put a wee strip of this across the back of my heel when I'm going for a long walk in one of my more blister-inducing pairs of boots and it's worked a treat. No more blisters.

I use this as finger tape for climbing and golf as my fingers are becoming arthritic.Supports my fingers well with good adhesion and easy to apply and tear off straps whilst still being strong.

Unfortunately this product was unsuitable for me to use as it caused blistering on my skin due to my having an allergic reaction to it.For anyone able to use it, I thought it reasonable value for the price

The tape comes with ridges to make it easier to tear which is a nice bonus. Nice and sticky tape
