Owned for less than half a year...
I use this chair for general use in my room and have had it for about 5 months now. Admittedly my floor was not the best for the first month or so of owning it, but I got a mat underneath it after that and have since. There were a few issues with the chair from the beginning, as some of the screws/parts were quite difficult to get onto it properly and even when they were on it many of the screws on the bottom became loose after a small period of time every so often. This last month has gotten to the worst precedent of this: I noticed many of these small black bits falling off the back, later to realize they were the teeth on a gear mechanism to keep the back support in a certain position; due to this the back support now locks into place randomly, forcing me to reset its position with the lever underneath the seat. If I didn't, it would rocket into the next position extremely fast and very loudly. Recently, this hasn't been a problem anymore, but the mechanism holding up the chair now is so very creaky and obnoxious. This is all a shame as I had thought I purchased a warranty plan with this chair but that appeared to be not the case, and my return date expired some time before this started happening. This is the the third chair I've bought within a year and a half and it's annoying me to no end the cheap materials that are used to make them. What I can say that's positive about this chair in particular is how sturdy and comfortable it *was.*

Big Chair!
I had this chair for over 6 months and what great chair! I’m 6’1 260lbs, the chair can hold me no problem! The base is made out of metal, unlike those other cheap smaller desk chairs. The cushion is pretty thick along with the extra tall back, it’s a relaxing chair. The only problem I would say is I wish the back of the chair will recline more forward 90* other than that I very satisfied how the chair performs.

Most uncomfortable cahir! Replaced with a $99.00 Chair from Sam's Club
The seat was hard as a rock, had to buy a cushion to use. Arm rests too hard and positioned poorly had to buy arm pads to use. The tilt feature is rendered unusable by the poorly placed arm rests. Wheels too small replaced with 5' wheels before scrapping the chair. I allowed myself to be ripped off for almost $200. Be careful if considering this, check at Costco or Sam's Club first.

Good chair for the money
Wanted a quality chair for a good price. This fit the bill. All in all it's well worth the cost, seems to have sturdy construction and should hold up well. I'm 6' tall and 220lbs. I can place my feet flat on the ground at the lowest height setting and just the balls of my feet on its highest setting. During long gaming sessions I have noticed the seat padding is a bit stiff for my taste, however short sessions are no problem. I would recommend this brand if your looking for a quality chair at an affordable price point.

It is a well designed chair.
As far as office chairs go, I am a big guy. Like 285 pounds. So I tend to go through flimsy branded chairs without much effort. I like how comfortable this one is. So far, it is also very sturdy and quite comfortable. I might go out on a limb to say that combination doesnt usually happen for me. I would recommend for now.

This chair is amazing
I was a little wary of buying a chair from a brand I did not recognize but I took the leap of faith when it had a $10 coupon on it.Let me just say, I am a big man. 5'11" 300lbs, and this chair holds me up perfectly. The chair is insanely comfortable and the material is leather-like. Very easy to clean and wipe stuff off of it.INSANELY COMFORTABLE! I've recommended it to a couple of buddies and they also love it. The head pillow is soft and it does come with a lumbar pillow with a built in massager which I have not used because I do not like lumbar pillows. Can't recommend this chair enough

This chair is way bigger than I thought
Over a week of usePros:- The built in lumbar support is great- lock tilt!- came with a vibrating lumbar pillow- adjustable up/down arm wrest- extra head pillow- great aestheticCons:- the chair is honestly twice as wide as I thought it would be, it doesn't fit like a racing bucket seat; it seems like it's made for wider than average people- the instructions were simple, but not idiot proof

Expensive chair VERY cheap materials. DO NOT BUY!
This chair looks nice, but that's about all of the good things I have to say about it. It is very uncomfortable to sit in for long or short periods of time. The lumbar support just jabs you in the back without providing any actual support. Also, the foam padding on this chair has deteriorated much faster than a chair of this price should. I would suggest spending your money elsewhere. There are much better options for the same amount of money.
