This product does not work
About 1 year ago I purchased a new car all singing all dancing. Electronic this electronic that. So after hearing about all the thefts of cars with electronic wizardry I thought I purchase these pouches to protect the keys.....i know own 4 pouches.today son in law who's in motor trade bought his wifes car over and asked where it's safe to put her keys o said in the pouch he said have u checked it works and i hadnt ..so we put her keys in pouch (key in sealed pouch) went to her car it opened and started....so we tried same with my car ( my key in pouch sealed ) went to car operated button through pouch sat in car with key in pouch car stated first time ... these pouches just dont work do no buy of u want to protect ur car from theft

Great for peace of mind
Loved that this product actually worked. No issues at all but will be buying a bigger one as can only fit one set in due to us having other keys and key rings attached

Does it block signal effectively?? (Updated)
Got a pair of these yesterday to protect my wireless car keys. To test, I placed one fob inside the pouch, and placedinside my jacket. I assumed that when I pressed START key on car, nothing would happen, but the car started as normal.Disappointed. Then placed on roof so there was that additional shield, but that made no difference either. **UPDATED**Have just read on a car forum, that pouch only works (re signal blocking) if key inserted in the rear, not the front compartment. Shame a simple leaflet wasn't shipped with item clarifying THIS VERY IMPORTANT POINT. Amazon Buying Team should insist on thiis being added.

Does not work
We have a car with an average sized key but we were unable to close the pouch with a keyring attached. We removed the keyring which allowed us to completely close the pouch. I approached the car with the key fully enclosed in the pouch opened the car got in and started it. I may as well have put the key in my pocket.
