Acetal Copolymer Plastic Sheet 1.25" x 8" x 8" - Black Color

Quick delivery of solid material in the exact thickness for my job, just needed machining. This was the missing piece I used to raise a sagging cabinet panel by 3/4" (due to a too-large hole-saw cut). 3 photos show project progression from the 8" x 8" slab I received. Actually, I only needed 1/2 of the slab. It's possible the seller could increase the number of potential buyers if they offered additional slab sizes in this same thickness - but I suppose you could extrapolate that argument ad infinitum. All in all, I am very please with this material and source. I'd buy from them again.

I have ordered several times in a variety of shapes and was never disappointed. Great for hobbing gears or holding threads. Machines easily. Geometrically stable. Always shipped promptly from the seller. Not filled with glass or other "material" that dulls tooling.

Arrived without packaging, only a shipping label stuck on the material itself. Very rough. Not smooth as advertised. The thickness is very uneven.

This material will work for my application, since I'll be cutting it in a circle anyhow. I have the luxury of being able to make it a bit dimensionally smaller to fit, but still will make for an extra step in layout. If you're counting on square material, you're SOL.

I used it to elevate a tv. I cut it I half and placed the 2 pieces under the legs of a flat screen Tv to elevate it.
