***Save your old watch band parts*** Otherwise a good replacement band
***Save Your Old Band Parts***One full star deduction: Only two days after replacing the band, the pin that holds the metal clasp to the band broke. In trying to put it back together, it would still kind of catch on the clasp. But, any pressure at all (like putting it on) would cause it to pop back out. Upon further inspection, about 1mm of the tip had broken off. I would have been really upset had I already thrown away the original band. But, in less than 2 minutes I popped off the original metal clasp frame, prong, and pin and put them on the new band.Otherwise, the overall quality of the band was better than expected. The four screws that hold the electronic module (aka the whole device) to the band are a slightly different thread size than the original fitbit. So, don't try to re-use the old screws. The new band came with 6 new screws. No, no point deduction for that. Just a heads up.The instructions are clear, but I had watched a youtube video prior to ordering to see how difficult the job was. So, I already had an idea of what to do.Taped to the inside of the original fitbit band is the NFC receiver. If you don't use the NFC function you can leave it out. I didn't bother replacing it in the new band, but I did save it. Honestly, I'm not even sure if the Charge HR is capable of using NFC.The little included driver fit both the original screws and the new screws perfectly. No complaint there. The guitar-pick prying devices are a nice thought, though my device popped apart easily using my thumbnail once the screws were out. Just make sure to carefully pry the side button molding off of both sides of the band carefully, as they are part of the watch and not the band. If you break either side of that you'll be buying a new watch.

Fairly easy to assemble. We’ll see how it holds up!
My husband’s Fitbit HR wrist band was completely broken, but the electronic part still worked, so I thought I would give this band a try for him. Instructions had pictures which helped. Snapping it all back together took a little time and effort. The whole band replacement process took about 7-8 minutes from start to finish. The screws are very small, so don’t drop them!! Use a flat surface with a towel underneath while working. But they do send extra screws if you loose any. The tiny screwdriver they send is not magnetic, so I had to use some tweezers to put the screws back into the screw holes so I could reassemble the watch. I hope it holds up to the wear and tear that my husband puts on his Fitbit! We’ll see!

Fantastic customer service but still be cautious with band sizes!
Band is stiff, small is very short. Unless you have a child’s sized wrist I would not order the small. Band already has a small tear by buckle, feels like it will break soon. I have had this item less than a week. The color is beautiful(I ordered teal) and it came with clear instructions and extra screws. I will not order again from this company but I will order another band in the large size from another company because I have seen them cheaper elsewhere now that I know what I’m getting. So this company emailed me about my dissatisfaction with my band and offered to replace it for free with a large band. I am very impressed with their customer service and for that reason I am going to give them 4 stars. I am including pictures of both the first band(small) and the replacement they sent (large). There are several differences between the two and you really can’t win for losing. The small is too small and the large is too large for the average woman’s wrist. I am 5’3” 145 pounds and consider myself to be of average size. I am happier with the large band as the buckle is closer to the original Fitbit band and also the piece that holds the excess strap down seems sturdier. I’ve attached photos to my review so you can see the differences between the small and large bands. Like I said the customer service is great and the kit comes with everything you need..tools, screws, instructions.

Tricky to install but a nice product
Because of the reviews, I was concerned about what size I should order. I ended up ordering a large size although my previous original fitbit was a small. I am able to use the large but am using the second to the last hole, so perhaps I could have used a small. My wrist measures 6.0 inches. The instructions are pretty good, I wish the pictures were a little larger but they seemed to cover everything. As nearly everyone has mentioned, the screws are very small. Before I started trying to assemble it, I passed the provided screwdriver over a magnet a few times to magnetize the tip. I think that helped because the screws are really too small to hold in your fingers. Alternately, a nice small pair of tweezers would be helpful. The entire process took me about 20 minutes, working carefully and deliberately. The band looks just like the original. Time will tell if it is better made than the original which only lasted about 9 months twice ( original and a warranty rep, acement). But I now have a nearly brand new fitbit where mine was literally falling apart and became unusable.

Everything included. Easy to replace.
Quick delivery. I was surprised at how easy it was to replace the band. The instructions were easy to read and it came with the band and all the tools you need to replace it. The package even contains extra screws but I just reused the original screws. My band was originally a size large purple. I replaced it with a size large black one. It took less than 5 minutes. I think you can see from the photo that the sides of the Fitbit display aren't changed. That part stays the original color but I don't mind that at all. The band and the clasp feel as sturdy as the original. I just replaced it today. I'll update in a month or so to let you know whether or not it's still holding up. So far, I'd say it's a good deal.
