It was very disappointing to receive a defective product and unavailable to return the product.Request you to kindly deal this with utmost important being a regular customer of Amazon.

This is a very good product. I have been using it from 1 and half yrs, now also it functions good. It is chargeable so no other issues.

So far I have used it twice it is working fine. Although u have to put a lot of pressure over the area to cut the hair. And repeated movements. It's not very sharp.

First, I did not receive any battery. Secondly, when I tried to put my own battery into it, I found a little strange wire thing which I dnt know how to remove. This is not chargeable. At all. I just used it once for a minute. It's a total waste.

If you are out of time and need a tough up the product is good. really painless and work fine

Bought two trimmer...One item is working effectively and other is not at all operational.Its based on battery...i tried msny batteries even new battery also..but it's not at all working.I recieved defective product.And return policy is showing not applicable.I immediately required Amazon to take necessary action for my refund of one product please.

Today when I open my carecroft eyebrow trimmer...I found its defective item.Top of the item is separated from the part of the item..So it's not working...the uper part not attached ...

Product is good , it trims very well, if the build quality was more superior , then it was much more preferable.
