The keyboard arrangement was quite different to what I am used to and a satisfactory explanations of the use of certain "new" keys were not apparent in the guide provided. The keyboard also had the dual function of working with Windows as well a an Apple "Mac". This added a further complication! Twice I tried emailing the address given for Customer Service without getting any response! That said, I quite like the keyboard's appearance but I do find the supplied mouse rather tiny, even for my small man's hand!However, the bottom line must be the lack of customer service, especially how there product enclosures stressed getting in touch with the if needed! Poor Show!

Mouse is TOO thin and not shaped comfortably for the palm unless your hands are baby sized.The scroller wheel on the mouse also stopped working before i've had it a year, and the legs leave the back of the keyboard all too often.The silver and white is awful, and couldn't look any cheaper or get obviously dirty any easier. Would have preferred darker colour option for my office.Keyboard has been fine for use though (legs notwithstanding) and it's such a brilliant idea to be able to switch between mac and Windows. It's just very cheap :(

Love the keyboard, it's really nice to use and the keys layout is quite practical - it has a numpad and the enter key is double size instead of small like on so many other keyboards these days.However, the mouse is poor quality even for this kind of money. It doesn't feel very ergonomic, it doesn't look nice, and worst of all the scroll wheel broke after 8 months of normal use, no drops, hits etc.I'm also not happy with the item description which says 12 month warranty but once I go to the Orders on Amazon there's no option to return the item. I have that option for all other items I've ordered on Amazon and I've used to for replacing broken items from other sellers within the warranty period. If you provide a 12 month warranty you should also make sure people can claim it, otherwise it's highly misleading to have this in the item description! I've decided to write a review instead and ordered a different mouse that hopefully lasts longer. Let's see how long the keyboard will last!

Lovely kit, very easy to use. Nice white keyboard to go with my lovely white study table.Revised reviewed after 9 months:Initially I was please with the purchase however, after good use of 9 months I have noticed several problems. The mouse is absolutely dreadful, often very unresponsive, not smooth at all. It does fit nicely in you hand.I had no quibbles about the keyboard, but recently it has started to bug out on Mac OS. (often change between windows and mac). Also, sometimes when connecting to the mac it is absolute pain. For this price point ther are much better alternatives. It is probably best buy a mouse and keyboard separately.

For me, using Windows 7 Pro, the volume buttons didn't work correctly. Whichever I pressed, the volume slid down to zero. I don't understand why this has such a large number of 5 star reviews. Yes, it looks nice but compared to other keyboards I have used (eg. Logitech, Cherry, Dell), the build quality does not appear to be as good and it lacks rigidity but that may be down to the fact that its so thin along the front edge. After all the positive reviews, I had high hopes for this keyboard but I have returned it for a refund.

The i key did not work at all, and after one week or so, the mouse just stopped working, not sure what happened there but even when I changed the batteries (which were new, to begin with), nothing happens, the red light didn't turn on.I would have exchanged for another one as both the keyboard and mouse do look good and when the mouse did work, the response was good.

Very good keyboard and mouse and the number pad is really useful, I miss the number pad when I work on the laptop. Everything works perfectly, the only small issue I had was that the mouse has a scroller but not track pad functionality like the Mac wireless mouse but it is only a small bug bear. Aart from that I love it all!

The construction is not as good as I expected and the look is not as good as shown in the pictures.I use this in iMac mode but it is not fully compatible. For example the @ and “ keys are reversed. I emailed support asking about this but they could not be bothered to reply. Would return but the packaging was put in the recycling.
