Used to fill up the motorhome tank several times. Good hose. Winding reel lightweight but a bit flimsy. Can’t go too wrong at this price.

Bitterly disappointed with this. It's very cheaply made but the composition is useless. The reel can only be used for storage and not if you want to keep connected to the tap. The hose continually pokes out as you try to wind it up. The hose can only be used when fully extended in a straight line. The smallest kink and it stops all flow of water. Unfortunately it seemed to only take a slight movement to create a kink. It is flat and it is very lightweight but I'm struggling to think of where you could make use of it. The connector leaks so I couldn't connect to my pressure washer. Any time I moved I created a kink so I couldn't wash around my car. I should've known better - you get what you pay for. Unfortunately money was tight when I ordered this and I thought it would do as a temporary hose but it's no use at all

Easy to unroll, easy to fit onto the tap (with no drips). It’s harder to roll back up but I suppose that’s to be expected. Overall very pleased with this product.

This is a cheap hose reel and it does the job but you get what you pay for. For one off or very occasional use (as was my need) it does the job. It comes complete with tap fitting and connectors. The hose is lightweight and flexible.. I doubt it will last very long in regular use though. My main complaint was with the hose reel. Having used the hose the reel was so flimsy it was impossible to get it to wind back on without feeding it in inch by inch. as soon as the hose got out of line the plastic bent and allowed the hose to jam the mechanism. So in summary a cheap but ok hose with unusable reel.

For the money it seems to do its job. Wanted this for watering pots at caravan.I've had flat hose before and aware of trouble in rewinding back into the cassette. It's the same with anything similar that the cassette never seems to fit the rewind. I have a bigger cassette left over from a non flat hose that would do. However I thought I'd give it a go and it went back in leaving 6" dangling. I'm sure if I let it out again and back in it would fit as more water squeeze out. If the cassette was slightybigeer it would be 5*

It’s very good value. I bought it because my dog loves the water on him.Unfortunately it is a pain to try and get it back on the holder, although, It’s such good value that it wasn’t that important.

Very poor quality and mine was damaged so returning. Cassette reel was very flimsy as was the catch and will easily break after a couple of times using. When I unwound the hose, all seemed good but when I ran the water through 2 locations were damaged and frayed. Not obvious until the hose expanded with water. Shame really. Design is great, Quality needs improving.
