I bought this about 2 years ago for myself. The heart is a GORGEOUS deep red color. I wore it A LOT and to this day it still looks the same (didn’t tarnish...thankfully!)

Bought as a gift for my girlfriend, and seeing the occasion hasn't arisen, I'll have to update this review at a later time. So far, I think it looks amazing, very high quality materials.EDIT: For Christmas, my girlfriend and I went on a road trip out of town and while we were there, I surprised her by giving her this necklace. She was so happy to receive it and now wears it more often than any other piece of jewelry she has. I love it too!

Purchased 2 for Valentine’s Day. One for daughter and one for a friend. Both chains broke in 1 day on the first day worn on 2 different people! Cheap defective chains. Very upset with purchase:(
