Faster and more capable MicroPython
Yeah, it harder than off the shelf. But it works very well. I needed the extra memory and flash. And this one did the job well. Took more learning and experience than the standard ESP8266's but worth the knowledge gained.

Best Sheerness
According to the star ratings, it could be thinner, but it has awesome sheerness. In fact, nobody does sheerness better than Lolin D32 pro.Floss and fly this mofo with it's on board Lipo (charger).

Higher price, but great value for what you get
At $18.50, this ESP32 board is more expensive than other ESP32 boards out there costing $8.50 or less. But consider this, you're getting 16MB of Flash RAM (vs the typical 4MB flash), a built-in miniSD Card reader, a LiPo battery connector, a TFT connector, and an I2C connector. My only comment about this board is documentation is scattered all over the net, and you have to do some Googling and experimentation on your own to really take advantage of this board. But if you need 16MB flash, and the miniSD Card reader, this is a great value. I've formatted a 64GB SD card (Samsung) using FAT32 and was able to read the SDcard using this board, from an Arduino framework C++ program. So it works. Very happy with this purchase. Will probably buy again in the future.EDIT: Updating this review down to 4-stars... Unfortunately, you *CANNOT* use the TFT/TS LCD screen and the built-in SD Card reader at the same time! What a waste! So yeah, you can store jpeg images on your SDCard but you can't display them on the connected TFT LCD screen, because the SD card will fail to initialize if LCD screen is connected. Kinda stupid....

Nice module with 16MB of flash and 4MB of PSRAM
Not the cheapest board, but there is a lot on it. I've been using it for my projects, and it works great. PSRAM definitely helps me out, I was running out of RAM on the regular ESP32.

Mine was Dead On Arrival.I soldered the headers on before I tested it so I won't be returning it.

Reset while boot up
I'm a ESP32 -wroom user. Fix for device not being detected
If you are unable to detect the device (either through esptool or another method), make sure that the serial driver is installed. On Windows, open Device Manager and verify that there are no unknown devices. If there is an unknown device, it is likely that the device driver is not installed for the serial adapter. To install the serial driver, navigate to WEMOS's webpage (search "LOLIN D32 pro") and download and install the CH340 driver. In device manager under "Ports (COM & LTP)", there should now exist "USB-SERIAL CH340".
