I was excited for this sound bar. Unfortunately it did not work out. It was purchased on April 1st and is already broken. It blew out and just makes a rattling sound.It does not work at all anymore. The remote was terrible from the beginning. The sound bar was not responding to it. Yes it had fresh batteries.It was not the original sound bar I wanted, but the more expensive ones were in 90 day back order due to Covid. We desperately needed a sound bar for our TV so we got this one.Please understand you get what you pay for!

It comes with a bunch of cords and poorly translated installation instructions. I had to use the internet to install. The sound is fine, but you can't control the volume with your TV remote and the remote that comes with it is garbage. I have experimented with different ways of pressing/pressing&holding the buttons, changed the position of the bar, and replaced the batteries multiple times. It works about 5% of the time.

sound quality is flat and tinny,has no bass what so ever.the physical appearance shows quality. if your looking for a deep bass of any kind do not buy.

poor instructions and it would not get out of one mode.

Kind of sad that it doesn't have an HDMI hookup so I can hook it to my TV but it does look to my Alexa and plays very well I can't be very far away from it where the remote doesn't work overall it's okay sound bar for me getting it on sale on Black Friday I would not have paid full price for it

Tis is a very great all in one unit you can found in market. And one of my favorite feature is how it can sync with any remote which I can never thought of one system can do. It had great sound compare to build in TV speaker not quit at those expensive one but great for it value. It is now using for my basement TV with cover up the whole area very wellF

Does not work, no return was available, was a gift and people were not pleased, me either.
