Absolutely beautiful and high quality!
I rarely do product reviews because, frankly, I am rarely "blown away" by the things I buy. We bought this window to replace one that my husband put in my mom's apartment (aka mother in law suite) 26 years ago - it finally began leaking. We had been shopping at local "big box" lumber-type stores for quite a while and not only were the prices high, but the delivery dates were 2-3 weeks away. Then we thought to check Amazon. Not only did the window arrive within just a few days, but the price was about $100 less than what we had been seeing at these other stores. AND, it was GORGEOUS! It looked nice online but in person, it was stunning! Truly looks like high quality leaded glass, and the framing was spot-on. Best purchase of the year for us!

Great Window !!!
This window was very much worth every penny ! I went to 5 different window stores and 2 of them said they can order it for me for over $400 bucks. I bought this window and it fit like a glove , and looks really nice

Easy to install
This new window unit worked well for me. It arrived only a couple days after ordering. I only had to make a few cuts to enlarge the opening of the original window that was well past it's due date, as can be seen in the first photo. The window looks great with the new siding.

poor packaging
Window itself is fine. no issues. Packaging sucked. Approximately 40% of the vinyl corners and flange were broken on receipt. Fortunately it is being used inside the house. The broken corners were insignificant for this installation.

It is a great window and delivery was fast
I thought the diamond grid pattern was an opaque or frosted glass because 2 other choices said clear glassbut the diamond grid is a clear glass. I will just use a vinyl covering over glass. My contractor saidI should have a window over sink, neighbors 10 feet away so decided to get this for light only. Itis a great window and delivery was fast.
