A Little Uncomfortable
First off, these are nowhere near as big as they seem in the picture. But the do put pressure on your pelvic floor and bladder.It's all muscle (or almost all of it). And as your body makes less estrogen, it starts to atrophy. The most common response is to take meds: premarin, bladder calming pills. I've tried both. Both helped.But natural remedies have helped as much with fewer side effects. V-magic, wild yam cream, and pelvic floor exercise didn't just help my bladder control, they restored sexual function. There's a lot of shame associated with talking about this, butIt's not my fault. If you have the same issues, they are not your fault. It's just the way our bodies work sometimes.And just like with the muscles elsewhere in your body that are getting slack with age, if you work out, you can restore tone and function. There's no downside to these. No side effects. Recommend with v-magic and wild yam cream.

I have been using yogi eggs for some time. They can we worn at all times and some places make them like an accessory with lovely crystals that have healing properties. I decided to try this little gadget because unlike yoni eggs, this one is made out of silicone material and It vibrates.This kegel exercise weight can be controlled remotely. It is best if you do the exercises while your bladder is empty. In time, muscles will become strong. It will help both urinary control and sexual sensations. You other option is to do vaginal rejuvenation at the medical spa but of course that can be costly. This is a proven way to strengthen the pelvic muscles, but like most exercises, it is not a one time fix. You have to keep ding it regularly.The device is easy to maintain. You juts wash it off in a warm soapy water ad store it away. I love that I do not need batteries for the device.

Kegal Ball Weights - seem to be effective after partial treatment
I have stress incontinence and I always wear a panty liner to deal with it. My doctor advises Kegel exercises to help with the situation. But honestly it is hard to keep up with it and to see results in a timely fashion. So I dealt with it by wearing liners.Off late, I have been experiencing incontinence when I do my regular brisk walks and it is annoying and depressing to wear bladder pads when I get out to exercise. When I saw this item and some articles on how it helps, I decided to give it a try.DISCLAIMER:To fully review this product, you need at least a month since the three sets of balls (single, double, vibrating balls) are used in succession as part of the treatment. However, this review is based only on the first course of treatment which is use of the single ball for two weeks.USAGE:The ball is well-made and is made of smooth silicone material that lends itself well to both usage and cleaning thereafter. Here are some notes that might help a first-time user:(1) I'm not a regular tampon user, so it helped to use a drop of lubricating jelly to be able to insert it with ease.(2) Unlike tampon, you cannot urinate while this is in your body! I learnt this the hard way. So relieve yourself first before you use this ball so you don't have the urge to go when your treatment is in progress.(3) Removing it after 30 minutes was sometimes easy and sometimes a bit uncomfortable. You have to figure out your body pose to do this removal stage a bit smoothly.(4) Wash it with soapy water.(5) You can go about your normal work/life while you wear this inside.RESULTS:After a week to 10 days of use, I found that my brisk walks have been void of incontinence! I'm sure I still have continence when I sneeze or cough. But this has given me hope that it is improving my Kegel muscle strength. I will update the review when I get to the next course of treatment.

Bladder Control is Tops
I picked these up because of a recent hysterectomy and bladder issues I was struggling with. Unfortunately, I had a fibroid that affected my bladder before the surgery, and then damage after the surgery. Needless to say, I've been desperate to find bladder control again. After some awkward use and practice, I was able to use these successfully. The only thing is, that if you have an urgency issue, these might not resolve that problem. You can strengthen your pelvic floor to prevent leaking, especially during a cough or sneeze, but the urgency issue might be something more. Although I've used these to prevent basic leaking, I found that it's going to take more time and even possible medication. If nothing else, make sure you get your doctor in on the conversation and don't assume that these will solve everything.
