Love it but...the set-up instructions aren't clear
We bought this clock for each of our mother's two years ago. They seemed to like the large, easy to read print. So we decided to order one for ourselves. Received the clock, but an alarm kept going off at midnight, even though no alarms were set. So not to lose sleep, I returned it for a replacement. We received the second one and once again we were awakened, but this time by a single chime at 1:00 a.m. Again no alarms had been set. But there was a chime set and after trial-and-error, we finally were able to get the chime to stop by completely de-selecting the hour(s). This review is no to complain but just to give a heads up for anyone else that are receiving an unwanted alarm or chime.

Good sound and looks good.
Love it! It has pretty good sound for a very inexpensive clock radio. I researched at least six different ones before deciding on this one. I like the feature that allows you to listen to it for a certain length of time then it shuts itself off since I like to hear music until I fall asleep. The directions were spot on and it was not that difficult to set up.

Perfect size and various formats to choose from.
Been using this for about a year because it was hard for me to read smaller one and I was using incorrect time. This one is a perfect size and has many different information and formats to change as wanted. Good quality clock.

Buy it; you’ll like it
I bought this clock for myself and liked it so much I bought another for a gift. The recipient was thrilled. To avoid cluttering nightstands I placed the clock on a dresser about 6’ from my bed. The size is large enough that reading the display is easy. When I ordered the clock I thought the day of week and date displays would be useless. However, I have in fact enjoyed those additional displays - especially when the day is Saturday. 😀

Easy to See and program
This clock has everything an elderly person with Alzheimer's would need -- date, time, day of the week, everything! The numbers are huge, so they can see it from anywhere in the room, too. It's foolproof, with a backup battery that keeps it going even when the power goes out. Now, if it came with a robot butler to change the time every time Daylight Savings Time happens so my dad doesn't have to call me to explain how to reset it, it would be perfect! (fortunately, it's easy enough to set that my dad can follow directions over the phone!)

Worth It
I bought two of these clocks for my 91 year old dad. The clock is bright at night and a little dimmer during the day, but easy to read and from far away. I noticed a few weeks back that it was running a few minutes behind, but easily fixed. I would buy more, but, of course, my dad doesn't really know why I bought them until he asks me the day or date and I ask him to turn around and look at the clock! The one weird thing that happened two nights ago, was that this really loud noise went off in the house and I thought someone had broken into the house. Come to find out, it was the alarm on one of the clocks. Why is that weird? I never set the alarm on the clocks and then 2 hours later, the alarm went off on the other clock. My dad would have no reason to touch these clocks, let alone try to figure out how to set the alarm so I know he didn't do it. When I looked at the 'alarm' setting, it was not even 'on'. It also had a date for 12/18/2018 and they were not purchased until 2019. Does that mean I bought two clocks that were USED and paid full price? Grrrrr. Also, these clocks were purchases separately, so can't figure out why alarms went off that were not set. Other than that, like others have said, if you are on the fence for purchasing it, just go for it! And if you need to use the alarm, you will hear it from a block away!

Odd noises that caused sleep disruption!!
After 3 months, the clock began chiming once every night at 12:45. No medication reminders nor alarms were ever set on the clock. I doubled checked and made sure no alarms were accidentally set and I even reduced the volume to the lowest setting. However, the single chime continued and it disrupted by 87 year old mother's sleep nightly. She thought it was just in her head but I put it in my bedroom and sure enough it persisted. I cannot even donate it! I'll be purchasing another brand

Memory clock
Works great to help you know what part of the day it is. Loses time. Bought 2. It does the same thing. Loses 5 min a month, approximately
