Great, inexpensive way to extend life of headphones
I knocked off a star only because these replacement cushions do not include fabric across the center of the cushions. On my headphones (low-end Koss, about 12 years old), this foam covering was deteriorating even worse than the cushions themselves and had to be replaced. I ended up doing this part myself by taking some very thin dark fabric and Super Gluing it to the plate that the cushions attach to.This brings up another minor point which kept this from being a five-star review: there is absolutely no documentation showing how to replace the cushions, or how to confirm whether these will work with your particular headphones. Before ordering, you should check your current phones and see how the cushions attach. On mine, you can rotate the cushions a few degrees counter-clockwise and they (and their mounting plates) will pop off, making replacement relatively easy.Pull off the old cushion, pull off the inner cloth or foam. Replace the inner cloth/foam with thin, scrap cloth (like from an old black T-shirt, or panties. Whatever. Use your imagination.). Super Glue it to the mounting plate. Stretch the new cushion over the plate, using a smooth blunt tool (like the handle of a small spoon) if necessary to help pull the cushion material over the edge--sort of like pulling a bike tire over its rim. Return the cushion assembly to the headphones and secure it with a small clockwise twist. At least that how it worked with my phones. Yours might be different. The cushions themselves are decent quality and fairly priced, and shipping was extremely fast. Would buy again.

Fit and function.
They fit perfectly on koss sb45. I found loosening the screws on the speaker mounts let me slip them on much easier.

Long wait, but they’re great.
Aside from it taking 60+ days to receive these from China, they fit and work just like the original pads. Would purchase again, just don’t be in a hurry!

A little hard to put on, but not impossible. 10 minutes, once I figured it out. Very nice fit,

How I replaced my pads on a pair of Koss UR29 headphones
I actually bought a similar pair of replacement pads for my Koss UR29's. Here's how I installed them. OK. I replaced one side with lots of [expletive deleteds] by separating the two earpiece halves - flat & curved. Here's how I did the other earpiece: I gently pulled the old pad material from between the two earpiece halves (curved and flat). Once the old pads are off, you'll see 2 small Phillips screws at about the 5 and 7 o'clock positions. There's a 3rd one at the 12 o'clock position, probably hidden under thin foam that covers the actual speaker. I left the existing foam in place, since it appeared to be glued down. [The other replacement pads have a thin piece of foam, too - your choice whether to leave both in place.] Loosen these 3 screws just enough to raise the flat portion about 1/16" off the curved edge, all the way around - this will give you enough room to insert the back flap on the new pad all the way around and under the flat piece (I removed all 3 screws on the first go-around - not the way to go). Once the new pad is correctly oriented, tighten the 3 screws through the thin foam. You might have to feel for the head of each screw, since it'll be covered by new or old foam. Turn only 1/2 turn each time, otherwise the new foam will make your Koss headphones look like their pantyhose is in a bunch inside the earpiece. You may even be able to tighten them down, 1/2 turn at a time, without making any holes in the foam, But you also might make some holes, which will mostly been under the pad. Your results may vary.
