Large Folding Color Mixing Plate Palette With 42 wells

I did my research and found this pallet to be the best I've used! It seals once folded to assure the "mess" stays inside. Color pans fold over mixing areas. It holds a lot of color in a small footprint. Very happy with my purchase.

There is only one little thing that can be said to be negative about it. The blue rubber gasket has split and comes out. I plan to glue it in with silicone seal.

I bought this used, but I love it so much I had to write a review. I'm a beginner, but I don't like using cheap products. Being a newbie, however, I don't feel like I can justify spending a bunch of money on a palette, so I looked long and hard. This is my perfect mixing palette.I'm sure you could use it for a storage palette as well, but what I really wanted was (I have a long, picky list):* Air tight, if possible.* Lid or hinged, so I can keep the dust out.* Lots of space for mixing, lots of wells.* Space for "storage" of small amounts. I think of it as my "in use" supply, so I don't have to keep dipping into my storage palette, as my brush gets dirty, or be constantly washing my brush.* Deep enough, big enough wells that I could use one for clean water and one for rinse water. Maybe several rinse waters, so I can have one for reds, one for yellows, etc.* Sturdy* White* large wells* Small wellsI'm not picky, right?This palette met every. single. item. on my list of desires for a mixing palette. I am too cheap to be ok with wiping out remaining paint, but dust in your paints is awful. And I am definitely too cheap to want to contaminate my storage palette. This palette is amazing, and super sturdy.
