Works well

Love the large size. I use it for my quad after exercise. The package is strong so it doesn't come apart. I just put it in the freezer and it is ready to go for the next time.

keeps my back cool

Works fine - stays colder then some of the other ones I use. Not a 5 because it has condensation when I take it out of the freezer. Yes, not a big deal when you put a towel over it.
