The face cover is flexible so that I can easily cover my face or tuck it under my chin. I haven't figured out how to make it into a beanie hat yet. Iowa winters are cold ! I only wish that the neck piece was a little longer so that it tucked down in my jacket better.As of March 31, 2015- One of the drawstrings broke! It pulled right on out.
