The product is excellent, and I gave 5 stars for brightness and remote control. I only gave two stars for easy to install, because although it was easy to install, the instructions where very unclear. The unit has three wires protruding, a white wire, black wire and a yellow and green wire. The instructions state, connect yellow and green to ground, which I took to earth. The Black wire should be connected to the fire wire? and the white to zero? I eventually connected the black to line (live) and the white to neutral. It works very well, so I assume I have done it correctly, but as I say the instructions leave a lot to be desired and the trouble shooting portion is unreadable. Otherwise a good product.

This was easy to install. Had it up in five minutes and sits flush to my bedroom ceiling. We needed this as our previous light had a shade which blocked the view from our projector. It's extremely bright which is great for when we are preparing to go out for the night but not so good at night. That is of course until I found out that the included remote can control the brightness which is good. It's pretty to look at too. Well worth the money and I recommend it.

Bought for lounge. The package arrived unprotected, no wrapping whatsoever, just the retail box and no seal.The base plate has a good selection of holes in which to attach it to the ceiling, none btw which aligned to the standard UK rose, more holes in the ceiling then.The wiring is, as mentioned in other reviews, Black, White and a bare braided earth, CE? Really? Instructions were obvious, to me .... phew, lucky that.The remote has a 30 and 60 minute timer, why? And if one turns off the light via the remote, it stays on at a glow, ( may be a fault but certainly not mine ) to turn it off completely it has to be via the wall switch. Lastly the 24w output.... mmmm, more like 15' ish. No thanks.

Works better than the other light I got from Amazon that was total rubbish . Easy to fit and operate 8/10

I literally brought this product due to its black surround but once my husband installed it and we found the remote we were very impressed. The different settings are really good and the light looks fabulous! Much better than the basic new build bathroom light there previous!We would highly recommend.I can not fault the service either - so thank you :)

good product and speedy delivery

Brilliant light fitting but it affects our radio in the same room.....if you use the remote control and dim the light then the radio comes back on.

Very fast delivery, great customer services. This light was easy to put up and the remote control is very handy to dim the light. We put this in our bathroom. Perfect 😀
