101 Quick & Easy Cupcake and Muffin Recipes

Bought as a Christmas gift. She loved it and was excited for some of the recipes.

These recipes are easy to follow and easy to make. There are pictures throughout. Some of the recipes are:Cinnamon Puffs which includes a dipping mixture with sugar. Ground cinnamon and butter. Makes 12Old-Fashioned Spiced Cupcakes Makes 24. Spices include cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and raisins. Need Cream cheese frosting.Smores Cupcakes need miniature marshmallows, chocolate kisses, and Graham crackers.Cream Cheese Cherry Tarts makes 16-24 ,tarts. 6 ingredients and a can of Cherry Pie FillingFluffy Frosting simply needs sugar, Cream of Tarter, and water, egg whites and vanilla extract.Cream Cheese Frosting needs only 4 ingredients. Butter, Cream cheese, vanilla. And sugar I found this book on a website for free for an honest review.

I enjoyed how the author had Muffins, Cupcakes, Frostings all listed under each other in their own sections. She had a few pictures, good idea. She also mentioned what or where to find strange ingredients at. I found a lot of cupcake recipes I wrote out and a few muffin recipes to give a try!

This book has been out for a while I would imagine , however people still must make cupcakes. For schools , Churches and all their fundraisers, craft shows and picnics, the list is endless. When my kids were small I always made the cupcakes in the cones for ice cream, I figured it was a lot easier for little hands, and also, it was different for its time, and, it was not something everyone in the class would be bringing in as a treat. There are many different kinds of icing in this book, that I have never heard of that you can use on cakes,as well as cupcakes. I thought it would be interesting to use some cupcake recipes, and, try to make cakes, using the recipes, might take a time or two, to, get the recipe right, but it would be fun to do, and, who knows you may have a new favorite desert. There are muffins and mini cheesecake recipes, which have been out for sometime now, and there are a lot of different things to do, that would make them your own. I have not made anything yet, and, I will just as soon as I figure out just which recipe to choose, as I see what could become quite a few favorites, the only problem is that there are just the two of us now to finish off what I make. And just a word of advice, a good idea and a healthier one, is to use either applesauce, or, instant pudding instead of oil. Both work great, I use the applesauce and you can't taste it at all. So have fun, and good luck, and also five cups of tea to the Author!

The recipes in the book sound delicious and seem easy to follow. There were no big technical terms used making it an easy read. The one thing I would have liked is a nutrition guide. I believe people like to know how much of a "good" thing is going into their mouth. Homemade isn't always healthier and being able to see that is a big help.

Bought this to make easy muffins and cupcakes with my granddaughter. We love it!! So easy and lots of great recipes. We made the chocolate chip banana muffins. They were delish!!

A gift for my granddaughter who has become an avid baker. Not a fancy book but thought some of the recipes were quite interesting and ones I hadn't seen before. Think she will have fun making them.

Have not yet used the recipes but have enjoyed reading them and it has such pretty photos of beautiful cupcakes. I keep saying that I'll bake a batch soon. Now I just have to do it. The recipes sound easy and anyone could master making these. Recommend for anyone who likes to bake.

This book has good recipes but have to convert to UK measurements but that's ok just got leave yourself some spare time to do it.

It is simple to understand although not many uses yet I am enjoying
