Saved my feet!
After ignoring my feet for 37 years, I found myself with a ton of pain coming from two hard callouses on the outsides of both feet by my pinky toe. These work mostly as advertised. Wear for 48 hours, take them off and at some point in the near future, a huge portion of your foot falls off and now you're not in so much pain! On one foot I had to repeat the process for yet another huge portion of my foot to fall off and now I have nearly no pain.

Effective, but with caveats
The actual compound used to treat the callus is effective. The cons here are with the delivery method. This package comes with four small medicated adhesive discs, about the size of a dime. It also comes with four large tear-shaped bandages intended to fit over the disc to protect the area and supposedly provide cushioning. However, depending on the location of the callus, the bandages can be more of a hurt than a help.I used this pack to treat a callus on the ball of my foot, so when I put the bandage on, all it did was expand the surface area I had to step on whenever I took a step. That caused some soreness in my foot after a while, so when I checked on the callus after 2 days (as directed by the packaging), and decided I needed to do another round, I applied the medicated discs and then put a regular band-aid on top, which protruded way less than the option in this package. Instead I ended up using these bandages after I finished the course of medications, when the area beneath the callus was pink and tender; I applied neosporin and covered the area with the provided bandage to protect things without sticking to them. The actual medicated discs are also a puzzle. The package explicitly says many people need to cut the disc to fit the area, but at that point, I would have preferred one large disc or sheet of medicated material, rather than four discs. Discs are hard to make suit any other shape. My callus was essentially a line, so I had to cut the discs into slivers, which were then difficult to manipulate without getting them stuck to anything else.My last caution with this is that it advertises that you should check progress every two days, and reapply up to 14 days as needed. My callus wasn't particularly deep, but it took a full 7 days of this regimen for the callus to start to separate from the skin beneath. So, if I hadn't ignored the instructions the last time and kept it on longer, I would have needed another pack of these, if not two more. Also, there is NO information anywhere indicating the recommended approach for removing the callus after treatment. It just says soaking the callus might aid in "removal". For future readers, when I checked at day 7, the edge of the callus was actually separating on its own from the skin below, which I took to be a sign that I should try to remove the callus itself. For removal, I ended up using a combination of tweezers and cuticle scissors to remove the callus. In hindsight, I would have left it an additional day to allow the center of the callus a little more treatment and more time to separate on its own. Allow several days to heal after callus removal, especially if your callus is on your foot, like mine was. The new skin is not tough enough to take much abuse.

Definitely Work
So this is my 2nd time in my life using these discs/pads and both experiences have been effective. So i had one callus on the bottom of each foot. They actually were painful and hard. Yes thats right painful and hard. Ughh i hated it. Anyway i ordered my first one forgetting that the very first time i had to apply it for almost 10 days in order to see progress. The package contains four medicated discs and four cushions. So i used the first set in which your supposed to keep it on for 48 hours, then another 48 hours i used the 2nd set. Honestly no i did not take a shower while i was doing the treatments only when i took them off to exchange to the next set. Not really sure what you can use to cover up your feet so the medicated discs don't get wet. So just do a bird bath until the next treatment then shower. Anyway after my first two treatments i didnt see the progress that i wanted so i ordered another package then did 2 more treatments. So basically there was about a one to two day break (since i have prime). I repeated the same thing. By the time i was done with my last treatment (in which it was my fourth set of treatments) the calluses practically fell off. I did assist in a little peeling but the medicated discs did all the magic. These calluses were thick and so hard i couldnt believe it. I usually take care of my feet but for about two months ive been neglecting my feet due to hard jobs I've been doing...basically overworking and neglecting my feet. With that being said i definitely recommend this product. My feet feel smoother than a baby bottom! I really want to upload my photos but i don't know how to add photos on here and they are a little gross.

Callous removal is somewhat effective
These work a little bit (with the medicine disc) on a hard to get rid of callous on the bottom of the big toe. I trim the callous removers and the outside pads as needed but still have to use other measures like scissors to get rid of the callous. It's messy.

Extra cushion
Not only are these effective for callus removal, but I like the extra cushion provided.

Did Not Remove, Only Made Worse
I was hopeful to use this product to get rid of an annoying callus on the side of my big toe. The package arrives with four oversized adhesive pads, about the size of a Silver Dollar. The medicated pads are about the size of a dime, and the internal portion of the adhesive pads is not adhesive; only the outer ring is. So imagine the ridges of a Silver Dollar being the adhesive, and everything else inside is empty space. Then, you're given a medicated pad that is the size of a dime, and try to fit it inside.I WOULD SUGGEST YOU USE SCISSORS TO CUSTOMIZE THE MEDICATED PAD TO MATCH THE SIZE OF THE CALLUS!My first two pads I did not do this, and they covered the callus and about a CM in diameter outside of the callus. This caused the skin around the callus of my foot to basically wither away and die. As I noticed my skin dying, that caused me to customize the patch to match the size of the callus. Even so, after using up all four patches included the monstrosity known as my toe looks worse than ever before.I've scrubbed it as much as possible with a lava rock after submerging it in hot water. Not only is the corn still there, but it looks worse than ever and is now causing me pain when I walk.Do yourself a favor and don't try to go the cheap route like I did, get something that will actually work.
