These are beautiful yet strong enough to hold a roast to turn over. The blade is straight and flat, not sharp though, so if you want a sharp knife, this set is not for you! Also, the fork is straight.I hope this helps you.

Nicely made. I bought it for the fork, but the knife is nice to and the price is nice.

実際ケースは大していいもんじやないけど、BBQでは使う時以外キチンと管理出来るケースは便利です。子供がウロチョロしてるときとか危ないですし。で、肝心の切れ味はイマイチなので、もちろん刃を研いで最高の切れ味にしました。薄いのでちょっと研げば素晴らしい切れ味になります。フォークも使いやすいし、どちらもベストなサイズ感です。長いと邪魔だし危ないし、短いと切りにくいし、熱いし、丁度いい感じです。ウッドの柄や装飾が良い意味チープで日本製のカッチリしたものと違いBBQの雰囲気に合います。箱の中にその辺の木っ端を切って取り付け蓋を閉めた時にナイフとフォークが固定出来るようにしました。いったい誰が切ったらこうなるんだという蓋裏のスポンジは不衛生だしすぐ捨てました。上蓋に抑えを二ヶ所入れるだけで、持ち運び時にカタカタしないし、箱の中がナイフでえぐれないのでおススメの加工です。留め具も硬くて開けにくかったのですが調整して丁度良い感じにしました。
