I liked these earbuds because they fit well. I use only one at a time though. They lasted for about 3 months then the right one quit working. I tried all troubleshooting possible myself, then through Amazon over the phone and then contacted the shipper. No response. Since it was past the period of time that I can return, I did not know if I would get a response. Two weeks later, still no response, so I wrote again, asking for help or even a partial refund? I can get by with one ear bud temporarily but I paid almost $40.00 to this seller for this item. I now see the same seller online selling the exact same item for $14.99 - WTF. Battery life is not great, but was better then nothing - when they worked. I will not use this seller again. AVOID THIS SELLER. I understand that things wear out but that was quick! I guess its time to buy another pair. In my emails to the seller, I explained the problem in detail and that I worked with an Amazon rep and we did a step by step troubleshoot of the product. The seller responded finally after two weeks and the two separate emails asking if I had gone through the troubleshooting steps?!! Really??

BOTH PAIR EARBUDS WOULDN'T WORK RIGHT FROM THE START, I DIDNT LIKE THE IQUTE EARBUDS,WHEN I PUT THEM INTO MY EAR THE DESIGN ISN'T MADE TO FIT THE EAR CORRECTLY AND THEY WOULDN'T STAY LOCKED ON TO MY IPHONE 10,OR MY GALAXY 9 NOTE, IM RETURNING THEM ASAP, TO GET A BETTER PAIR OF EARBUDS THAT WORKS, WITHOUT ANY OTHER PROBLEM, THE DAMAGE HAD TO BE DONE IN TRANSIT, THATS WHY THE DRIVER DIDN'T BRING THEM TO MY DOOR,HE JUST LEFT THEM OUTSIDE MY DOOR,INSIDE THE BLDG THANK GOD,SOMEONE COULD'VE STOLEN THEM,AND NOBODY WOULD'VE BELIEVED ME,BUT WHY WOULD I KEEP A PAIR THAT DIDN'T WORK AND I DIDN'T LIKE FROM FIRST SITE AND THEY WEREN'T BUILT TO CONFORM TO THE EAR NOT AT ALL,NOT A GOOD PRODUCT IFI WAS RATING THEM;FROM 1 to 10; I'D RATE THEM A [ -3.] BECAUSE OF SEVERAL FLAWS(SHAPE; PAIRING &STAYING CONNECTED TO (MY 2 TOP END DEVICES)::3FLAWS....

I can get the right earbud to connect, and i can get the left one to connect, but i cant get them both to work at the same time. I read through the instructions and did everything it said, and still nothing. The sound quality is fine, i just wish i could get them both to work at the same time.

I received my ear buds today. When I looked through the manual it said that call time is 6 hours not 12. Along with music playtime being only 4-4.5 hours and not 15 hours or more. This does not match the description that was given in Amazon. I just hope it last more than what the manual says. Otherwise I will be very disappointed!

People only can hear you if you are speaking loudly. The battery life is great. Only issue is sound quality. I personally do not like to yell when I am on a call.

I have this in black and white, the black one's battery life is not as good as the white one, but these are great for any listening device you may have. Love it and would purchase again.

Not only is the play time not correct with the description but after 5 minutes of these in my ears, my ears ached something terrible. Too big for my ears.
