Although I was unable to use this key blank because the Honda Dealers in the Pittsburgh PA would program aftermarket transponder keys citing reliability issues, but would gladly sell me a $50 key blank and with the programming $105 total. I contacted Discount Keyless who promptly issued a full refund. There is no doubt in my mind of the quality and functionality of these key blanks,Unfortunately for me it was not an option.

It does turn on your car.
Took it to my local key shop and they programmed it for 4.99$. Now a days they try to charge you anywhere from 50-75$ dollars because it's a chip key and some places have to order it. The key works, it turned on my car perfectly fine. Satisfied customer!
