Great customer service experience. I will buy more from Great Eagle with confidence in their customer service.Got the bulbs, one worked exactly as expected. I see the issues described by others but honestly, not a big deal at all. I love the warm light it creates.Issue 1: Short (like fraction of a second) delay coming on. Does not bother me at all.Issue 2: When going from 50W to 100W, there is an ever so brief flash of extra bright light, I would guess less than 1/10 of a second, So quick I would not have noticed had not others commented on it. Does not bother me at all.I had an issue with the second bulb. I was going to return but Amazon recommended I contact Great Eagle. Amazon provided the contact info. Great Eagle was very responsive and addressed the problem remarkably fast. I absolutely recommend buying Great Eagle products.

The brightness of the Great Eagle 50/100/150W Equivalent 3-Way A21 LED Light Bulb 3000K Soft White Color is far superior to two other 3-way LED bulbs I have bought (same claimed wattage replacement and lumens - what can I say). I can't comment on the longevity, because I have only had the bulbs for about 3 weeks, but so far they don't show any of the dimming with age that both of the other bulbs quickly displayed. They are super, as far as I am concerned! The 3000K color temperature that I purchased is closer to the older incandescent bulbs, but is white/cool enough to be pleasing (I am using it in a bedside lamp in my master bedroom). I may get one with a cooler (higher color temperature - closer to daylight) light output for my Living Room Lamp to bring out the brighter colors better and more accurately. The light distribution is very good without any darker areas, such as below the base, that are common to some LED bulbs. The light intensity changes accurately and quickly as the bulb is switched from one light level to another and is clean and uniformly instantaneous. Excellent bulb. It has taken me months (close to a year) to find a bulb with this wattage equivalency that has pleased me as well.

For someone who suffers with chronic migraines, flourescent and LED lights can be a real issue. I have finally found a lower K bulb that actually delivers a warm glow instead of super harsh lighting. Love it so far.

Great bulbs, exactly what I wanted and needed.

Seems like a well made product, it’s got some heft to the base. The color is perfect, not too cool but not too warm either. Nice and bright. The luminosity levels on these are better than the 3-way incandescent bulbs I replaced. Only thing is they’re a little tall. I was barely able to get them into the lamp base with a harp style lamp shade holder but it’s not difficult. I just got them which is why I’ve opted out on rating the longevity. If something happens I’ll make that change.
