Installation was simple.

I purchased this product in February and had it installed. Seven months later the LED lights no longer works. Please advise as to the next step. I hope this doesn't mean that I have to purchase a shower head.

I'm super happy with my purchase so far! It was packaged with care, every piece comes individually wrapped and in its own section in the box. I love the look it added to my shower!! The temperature control is awesome, I know exactly when to get in! Definitely worth the money spent, so I bought 2 😉!

Beautiful design but the rain shower head makes a loud noise when on. Really annoying.The handheld has a lot of pressure which I like.

I've been working with a plumber to remodel 2 bathrooms in my home. He was telling me to get a reputable brand. For this set in a Delta or Moen brand would cost anywhere from $500-$1000 NOT INCLUDING the hand held sprayer, or the piping needed to connect it! Once I received the package I had my plumber come check it out, and everything is up to par! Once it's installed I'll update my review to focus on the product's performance. The only DOWNFALL is the hand held sprayer. It is completely made of plastic and extremely cheap. I'd recommend replacing it with something that will last longer, otherwise a replacement online is only $10. Everything was packaged very well, and is very slim and sleek. EXACTLY what I was looking for! I hope this helps!

The media could not be loaded.  Had family over to see the remodel after last years freeze in Houston. A major pain trying to manage the remodel with all of the supply issues. Finally was able to install these units this past June only to find out tonight that the unit is failing. The unit had been used perhaps 7-8 times. Hardware has all rusted and must be replaced. You will also see that about 1/2 of all water jets do not work as well.Very disappointing.
