XCEL Yoga Knee Pad - Compact Exercise Pad for Knee, Elbow and Wrist Comfort 17" x 8" x 1" Thick

I have bad knees, and this pad helps support them when I'm working out at the gym or stretching.

We ordered 4 of these. 2 came in very firm and not so flexible, 1 was somewhat firm and flexible, and the last 1 was more memory foam like and soft/flexible. When ordering multiples of the same item, we expected the quality to be consistent as we didn't see it stated anywhere that it wouldn't. We were told that it's made of recycled rubber and the density can fluctuate but it doesn't alter the properties of the item. I guess we just feel differently. In the end we decided to keep them, but figured others may want to know they may not all be the same if you order more than 1.

This is thick comfy and stout. I cut two pieces off of it to mount my 12v inverter above the floor of my car using industrial velcro glued to the carpet and the pads pieces. I live in New England and snow gets tracked into the car. so getting the electrical devices off the floor is important.The rest is still useful when I am kneeling beside my car to put in new speakers or working on the electrical system under the dash. Not breaking down a bit even in the summer on the hot asphalt.Smelled bad for a couple of weeks. I just left it in the garage for a while.

My reformer is on carpet and I needed somewhere for my foot when doing a particular exercise. This foot pad is nice and comfortable on my foot as well as giving out a flat surface. It’s a great thickness and length which makes it sturdy and easy to move around

This is a knee saver! It really helps with the extra cushion beyond my regular yoga mat and is small enough that it’s easy to toss in my workout bag.

I use this foam pad for automotive bodywork and not the way you may think. I first cut a strip about 3 inches wide and then spray adhesive on one side then cut a piece of sandpaper to fit spray adhesive on the back of the sandpaper and stick it on this foam. Works great for blocking body filler or finding high and low spots on the panels it is still flexible enough to sand curves or reverse curves.

It does the job

The pad didn’t fit my purpose because it is too thick. I needed it for yoga or Pilates but I cannot use it. It looks durable and probably best used for gardening or other job that requires you to be on your knees.
