Whetstone Cutlery Pearled Triumph Pocket Knife with 3 Blades

I didn't expect a lot from this knife, having researched Whetstone Cutlery enough to see that quality is not a priority for them. But Whetstone is a family name for me, and even if it surely isn't for the folks responsible for this knife, I wanted a knife that said Whetstone on it. My siblings and cousins will get a kick out of it.The knife doesn't disappoint much. I wouldn't say it is worth much more than seven or eight dollars, as a knife, but the blades seem okay, once sharpened, and it doesn't look bad. But handling it finds every material change on the handle evident to the touch, with a few just shy of being risky to ones fingers. Not a good choice for pocketing - the wear and tear on the pocket could be severe. And there's little comfort in handling it, in pocket or out.There are much better pocket knives in this price range and lower: Rough Rider, Schrade, Rite Edge, some Frost Cutlery, elk ridge.

Nice knife feel cheated due to the fact that the price dropped $ 2.05 after I bought it.
