Half the price but half as thick...
I have to admit I got this just to save money over the classic hard anodised mermaid 7 inch tin as the size was part of an experiment (don't go there). I was surprised at how thin it was compared to the classic mermaid although unless I am mistaken, even the classic stuff has got thinner over the years.I have used it a couple of times and it performed well in the baking, released ok and washes up well enough. Only time will tell how well it stands up to repeated use. This came from Hart's of Stur and amazingly they sent it in a jiffy bag yet it arrived without being squashed out of shape!
