Very satisfied with the purchase of the GoWise Indoor grill and super happy with my first meal. I decided to unpack the box at the last minute and was very pleased that the grill was easy to unpack, setup and use on the first go around. I had these gorgeous, expensive and thick Ahi steaks to prepare for dinner. It was so nice to set up the unit on my counter top and be able to monitor the progress of the large steaks during cooking, all while preparing side dishes. They cooked perfectly throughout with nice grill marks on the outside. I also grilled the asparagus and it also turned out perfectly cooked and easy to turn on the no stick grill.Lastly, I was thrilled with clean up; the grill is easy to assemble, easy to clean and stores away nicely when not in use. Very happy with my purchase.

This grill cooked my filet mignon to perfection, without the smoke. My only problem was removing the bottom cover to get to the packing inside. Once I forced it off, I found that the grill heats up fast, provides a great sear, and is easy to clean. I highly recommend it if you want to grill a steak indoors that tastes as good as one grilled outdoors. Next up: chicken on the grill.

I live in an apartment and love grilled food - this fills the bill quite well. The machine disassembles easily for cleaning in the dishwasher, the smoke removal works well. The only fine whine is that there should be a splatter shield around the edges - cooking larger sausage tends to mess up the counter w/ splatters. But for veggies, chicken cutlets, shrimp - sure beats going to the roof and finding a working grill (espc. in the winter!!). If the fan noise bothers you (tis a hum when operation) - turn on the radio. The system gets hot enough to do Bratwust. I cook everything on high so temp control is not an issue. The size is adequate for 2 people - 6 sausage or a pound of shrimp -- quite a decent package.

This product is really wonderful. It’s easy to use, clean, and makes bbq really good! I like making bulgogi (Korean beef dish) they’re very thin slice of meat, using the griddle makes easier to bbq it. I love that I can put this griller on the middle of our table, during lunch or dinner while grilling our favorite meat or any vegetables or even fruits. Makes our food stays warm too.....very convenient and affordable! I highly recommend it!

I have 3 gowise products.I don't really care for it at all.It grills too slow and sets things out.I prefer my air fryer over all that I have.Beware,if you have a problem make sure you have a receipt because they go by the serial number if you have no receipt so you might get one that was made a year before you bought it and the warranty is only good for.a year according to the serial number.I had that happen to me and I won't buy anymore.Mine was a gift so no receipt so I was outta luck.Follow up,A manager from Gowise got a hold of me about my issue.She replaced the basket on my air fryer and even sent me some parchment paper for free. From what I understand they have changed their policy as far as warranties go. Glad to hear that.I used my air oven for the first time Sunday.Not impressed.I baked a chicken in it and it took 2 hours.Theres no way it should take that long.I even adjusted the temperature.Not impressed at all.When I first seen all these products I really thought they would be awesome.The only one I like is the air fryer.I hope the manager that emailed me will get a hold of me about this oven and a solution.I definitely don't want this thing.

First family dinner using he new grill was a great success. 4-5 min to heat up, very even heat distribution, I can see smoke for heavily oiled/marinated chicken and meats over the pieces but there is no slime or smell in the kitchen. Cooked hanger steak, tenderloin, sirloin, NY strip, chicken and shrimp. Easy to wipe with wetted towel. Easy to take apart and clean - I prefer to hand wash, it only took 1 min to take apart and to wash all parts. Great buy as long as it holds up over time.

Bought this last February, and have used it about three times since. We put foil in the water tray for easier cleanup but Idk if it really needs it. Definitely helps putting foil on the table around it though to help with oil splatter. The water tray & fan are awesome & there was practically zero smoke. We turned the heat knob all the way up because lower it wasn't hot enough. I hand washed everything, & we store everything high on top of our cupboard with a tea towel over to keep it clean.

I like the product but was disappointed when I saw that it was made in China. It says GoWiseUSA. I would be willing to pay a bit more for it if made in USA! Otheriwise it is fine and came in good shape. We have used it twice and enjoyed the fact that it was easy to clean. Thank you
